Best Pho in Pittsburgh! Love this little hole-in-the wall place!
Always good food and great service. Thankful to have to have this place around.
This was the most delicious pho I've ever had. Wow so amazing. Great flavor. Had chicken pho. I also had the tofu veggie curry which was delicious as well!! Need to go back soon. The service was prompt.
Tram's is the best! One of my favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh. The tofu spring roles are top notch, definitely get those or if you eat seafood, the one's with the shrimps. The entrees are also real good. Go here and eat food. 5 Stars.
Excellent spot for delicious Vietnamese food. I like it here, excellent food & service. I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here. The bill was good for what you get. I see why this place has a lot of great reviews.
Great pho place. Came in late 30 mins before closing and got served quickly was finished and paid by ten. Pho and Fresh spring rolls are very good.
Traditional Vietnamese food served with genuine kindness. A diamond in the rough.
AWESOME FOOD AND VERY FRIENDLY WAIT STAFF.. EXTREMELY GREAT PLACE TO TAKE THE FAMILY.
Hole in the wall staple for pho and bahn mi
One of my favorite restaurants. Friendly staff, great food, ample portions, clean restaurant, prompt service, what more could you ask for? Well, they don't accept credit cards, so bring cash. My favorites are; pho soup, spring roll and split rice.
One of the best bowls of pho ga I’ve ever had. And the pork in the spring rolls is tender and delicious, when most places it’s thin and gritty. I’m grateful this place exists.
best damn bowl of soup in the city....mo pho
Is oriental small place. Their egg roll was fresh, steamed vegetables very tasty. Otherwise is a place for quick lunch.
Great authentic pho. If your feeling under the weather their food is medicine.
I love this hole-in-the-wall place. Delicious vegan options. Try the lemongrass tofu appetizer. Lots of street parking. Cash only. BYOB.
My wife had the Pho and I had the rice noodles with beef. Both dishes were tasty. We'll be visiting Tram's again.
Traveling through Pittsburgh, never been before. My girl had a yearning for some Pho so we shot over there. Not upscale looking from the neighborhood, exterior or interior. Food? Second to none. Absolutely fresh and delicious! Ready to drive back to Pittsburgh just so I can get lunch at Tram's Kitchen again.
Not fancy but delicious pho!
Not bad just very average. Pho broth was good, but the meat was only decent. Service was friendly and fast. Not the nicest place in the world but very clean. Good place for a quick, decent bowl of pho.
Nice small quaint restaurant. I recommend the Pho, chicken, scrimp beef
The most authentic Vietnamese food around. I’ve tried at places in the area and the taste doesn't compare to here. Friendly service and even the owner came out to asked me if I was happy. Highly recommended if you wan’t the authentic atmosphere and tastes. Fancy decor can’t make up for tastes.
I was SUPER excited to see they offer Hanoi style pho as I had lived there for several months. Unfortunately, it's hardly comparable. What really got me is they use round vermicelli noodles instead of pho noodles which are supposed to be flat and thin. Most of the traditional condiments aren't offered. The broth seems a bit rushed. I'd also like to see fried bread sticks as an optional add on. Great if you've never had real pho. Unfortunate but works in a pinch if you have.
Looks like your typical dive of a restaurant inside and out but the Pho was absolutely delicious!!! Service was friendly and fast as well. Will def go back again.
Yum! Always amazing! Make sure to get some spring rolls!! Mine were gone before I could take a picture!
Delicious! Perfect for a cold rainy or snowy day! Cash only
Very delicious and the price is adorable!
It's good if you are hung over or really hungry with very few other options. It's not authentic, nor cheap. However, they do have decent lemongrass, which makes up for the decor (gross, tables are generally sticky) and the service is very slow. If you can get by the price, cleanliness and service, heeeeeeeeeeeeey it's a winner.
Absolutely love their food. I have never had a bad experience there. Highly recommend.
Pho Best Delicious, Service perfect, It's good clean place.
Great food. Friendly service and prompt. They don't have an overwhelming menu, which is nice.
Pittsburgh‘s very best little place to find good pho.
Great food. Great price comepare with another Vietnamese food restaurant and very friendly. Service food for customers very fast. Thanks
Amazing soup noodles. Fresh beef and shrimp. Just don’t accept cards.
Love the pho with chicken. Best shrimp rolls! This is our favorite restaurant.
One of Pittsburgh top Vietnamese cuisine in taste with friendly and efficient service.Very authentic with the freshest of ingredients in their dishes.A highly recommended restaurant to try. Located at historic Pittsburgh neighborhood of Bloomfield on Penn Avenue.
I love this place. It is a family owned Pittsburgh landmark.
My friend who grew up in the area took me to this place. Pretty good Vietnamese food with great prices. I had the Sate Soup. The broth was really tasty and all the fresh ingredient really enhanced it, but the noodles were bland. Luckily a little hoisin and chili paste made it work. It's cash only, but there is an ATM that only charges $1.50. I'd go back and try something else.
Has a cozy and friendly interior feel. Food was also bomb.
Oh gosh Tram's is my favorite pho place ever. I could probably eat it every day and never tire of it. I recommend the Saigon soup and shrimp spring rolls.
We eat here almost everytime we visit Pittsburgh. We Love their vegetarian options. The satay soup is my favorite.
Great pho, good service. Its probably time for some redecorating in the place, but otherwise, its a good solid back up if you need pho fast.
Need to get back there, as I missed their lettuce/cabbage wraps and spicy sauce. Clean thorough establishment that's not a fine dining restaurant and that makes casual wear a plus coming here to dine.
Great Pho Hanoi!
This restaurant is unbelievable. The flavors are amazing. My fiancé and I crave it on a regular basis. It’s one of our favorites in Pittsburgh!!
Great pho. The spring rolls are also amazing
Fantastic pho. The broth was flavourful without being salty. Vermicelli with shredded pork /tofu with coconut milk is worth trying. Only downside is cash only .
Always a winner, the service is fast, friendly and the food is delicious. The spring rolls and the lemongrass tofu are my personal favourite.
A family-owned and family-run restaurant since 1997, this is like eating at your grandparents' house—if your grandparents had immigrated to the U.S. from Vietnam in 1992, and had decades of experience in cooking Vietnamese food. A true hole-in-the-wall, this isn't fancy or flashy food—service is perfunctory, the menu is simple, and a few items are clearly their own (I've never seen coconut milk vermicelli at any other Vietnamese restaurant, for example). But what they do, they do well.
One of the best "hole in the wall" pho restaurants in the Pittsburgh area and it's BYOB. The waiter was extremely polite and very jolly. However, the bread for the banh mi sandwich was on the harder end.
Tram's is a one-of-a-kind place. A classic.
